[Removed] Duplication Glitch: Adventure Backpack

Brief Description:
With the adventure backpack on my back, I scrolled through my items in my hotbar and my sword duplicated, replacing my pickaxe.

Instructions:
1.Wear adventure backpack and put two pickaxes (or any axe or shovel) in the two green spaces.
2.Put item in 1st and second slot, second slot must be pickaxe, axe or shovel.
3.Spam 1 and 2 while holding shift and scrolling on the mouse wheel.

Example: I've accidentally done it more than 3 times.

Result:
My sword duplicated and my pickaxe and/or axe had dissapeared from my inventory in place of the axe.
Expected Result:
1st item duplicates, 2nd item dissapears.

Item was found to be duped and was able to be reproduced by server staff team,

Backpack will be removed and replaced with a /backpack and /workbench command.
